This website is operated by Angad Creations CA, a brand operated by Glancia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Glancia operating under the brand Angad Creations CA. Angad Creations CA offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Service & Agreement

The Angad Creations CA mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Glancia under the brand Angad Creations CA (“we”, “us” or “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Message Service terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms; your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Consent to Receive Messages

By consenting to Angad Creations CA’ SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of Glancia operating under the brand Angad Creations CA at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include:

  • Service-related messages (order updates, account alerts, etc.)

  • Promotional messages (special offers, cart reminders, etc.)

Voluntary Participation

Participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. We do not charge for the Service, but standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out & Help

To cancel: Text STOP or use the unsubscribe link in any message.

Changes to Short Codes
We may change any short code or number used to operate the Service. You acknowledge that messages (including STOP or HELP requests) sent to old numbers may not be received; we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to changed codes.

Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information, any errors in such information, or any action you may take (or not take) based on the Service.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Notice.
